I scheduled a shuttle ride for my daughter from LAX to a hotel in Anaheim. It was much more reasonably priced than a late Friday night Uber and we had a wonderful experience. Frances was very helpful on the phone with information and scheduling. Dennis was her awesome driver. The communication was excellent and easy to follow. He picked her up on time and brought her safely to our hotel. We highly recommend!

PickUpRide services is commendable. 1st time customer, very satisfied with the service. Willard, the driver that was assigned to us was very professional & has a pleasant personality. Our flight was delayed about half an hour & he waited for us while we had to go through customs. Won’t hesitate to use their services again.

Excellent experience with making the booking and the ride. Driver was on time (even a little early but no problem). Good to be speak with a real person when making the booking rather than trying to navigate an inflexible website. Also very reasonably priced. No complaints, would use them again.
